House of Fools will be in Atlanta tonight at Vinyl. Sorry for the late notice.
If you don't know this band, you should. They're on Drive-Thru Records (which is known for it's pop-punk roster) but sound nothing like their average band. They're much more laid back with great melodies and sporadic eclectic instrumentation.
Their debut album, Live and Learn, came out last month and is well worth picking up. Four tracks off the new album are up on their Myspace page as well as additional tour dates that seem to show them routing north. Unfortunately my favorite track, "Until It's Over", isn't up for preview but if you want to pick up the album, you can get it off Drive-Thru's site.
