Breaking News.

Breaking things is mucho fun! Especially when it's the news...

***White Rabbits have added tour dates to their schedule and are going to be hitting Atlanta on November 6th at the EARL.

***I used to be a high school teacher. This is one of the reasons I quit:

Kudos to Escape the Fate for keeping it nice and original and ripping off Van Halen in their "Situations" video. I'm sure your parents are really proud.

***Just a couple months after releasing his latest full-length, Easy Tiger, Ryan Adams is staying true to his multiple release roots and coming back with a seven song EP on October 23rd called Follow the Lights. This comes right after his Atlanta tour date, October 14th at the Fox Theatre. (Oh, and guess who's not going? Me! Thanks to his booking people for not hooking me up. Preesh. Oh, and you're welcome for the heavy coverage I've given him.)

That is all for now. Carry on.

Yeah, you're right, we should make sure everyone who writes some little music blogs get on the list. Anything else we can do for someone who basically just keeps a public diary? Dear diary, today I complained alot because im not getting free tickets for ALL the work I do! Jeez, where would we be without people like you? Oh yeah, we're doing fine!

My favorite is when people comment anonymously when they want to jab at the ribs.

Comp tickets given in return for people sending me 2 or 3 emails a day asking me to help out their artists isn't requesting much, especially since I very rarely even request tickets.

I don't get paid or make any money off this. In fact, money comes out of my pocket to host files/drive to shows/etc, and that's in addition to time spent listening to submissions, all to try and help out music makers.

And PS - you're not doing fine without blogs in today's oversaturated market. Where would you be without the non-paid bloggers speaking praise for you? Why don't abandon all of them and find out?

The video is a Van Halen ripoff, the sound is entirely derivative of I Am the Avalanche & Avenged Sevenfold, the Jewish kid is trying to do his best Slash...

The industry is in a sad, sad state.

Not only that, but singer dude is wearing more make-up than any chick I know.

And that's attractive . . . how?
